The New My Courses page introduces a more modern, user-friendly navigation and filtering experience that allows Learners to easily track Courses they are enrolled in. These changes are part of a broader effort of updating the Learner Experience, by introducing a new look & feel as well as an improved experience that will help your Learners achieve their tasks with less friction.
The updated My Courses page comes with two key changes to how Learners can navigate Categories and utilize filters to refine the list of Courses:
- Completely redesigned Categories navigation that makes it easier to browse and discover Courses, even with large number of Categories and multiple levels of Categories.
- Updated UX for the essential filters to make them easier to access at any time and quickly provide information which of them are applied.
How to Enable the New My Courses Page
This feature is opt-in for existing customers and disabled by default. To switch to the new experience, follow these steps:
- Access the Admin Experience.
- Navigate to Account → Client Settings and click Manage on the New Learner UI tile
- Set the Enable new "My Courses" page toggle to On and click Save.
Once configured, the link in the Learner Experience main navigation as well as the My Courses tile will redirect to the page with new Categories and Filtering enabled.
