Important Update: Q2 2025 LMS 5.123.0 Release – US & CN
The Q2 2025 LMS 5.123.0 release was previously postponed in the US and CN environments due to issues identified during the EU rollout. These issues have now been addressed, and release dates are confirmed for all remaining environments.

Course Due Date Reminders
Please advise this feature is no longer part of the upcoming major release. The feature release date has been postponed and will be shared once it is confirmed.
Increase your Learner’s completion rates through timely communication including a new set of Due Date Reminders and enhanced Course overdue communication.
Learner Transcript in the Mobile App
Learners will be able to easily track their progress and achievements with Transcripts in the app.

General Updates

SSO Updates
As of May 12th, we have added the following:
- Added a tool to manage SSO settings that automatically audits all the User values in the selected ID Property and reports on duplicates that would prevent Users from being able to log in using SSO.
- More information is available here.
- Added the ability to extract an expiration date from SSO certificate data. This lets us generate an in-LMS warning for System Admins that an in-use SSO certificate will expire in <60 days. SkillSync does not manage client SSO certificates.

Other Updates
- When making changes to Automatic Enrollment Rules, the verified User count information is no longer displayed by default.
- When any change is made to Automatic Enrollment Rules, the verified User count information will be displayed more intuitively. This will be applied to Course Bundles, Online Courses, and Curricula.
- Course editor helper text for Posters has been updated to "No posters added yet. Up to five images can be uploaded (max 10 MB each) with a recommended size of 1000×300 px".
