How To: Change How the LMS Looks

The appearance of SkillSync LMS is determined by the Department Template. An Admin has the ability to access a Department Template and modify several visual settings such as color, appearance of menus and tiles used on the Dashboard. This article provides basic instructions to locate and change these settings.

1. Access the Admin Experience.
2. From the left-hand side of the Admin Interface open the Setup menu.
   
3. From the Setup menu click Templates. This will open the Templates page.
   
4. From the Templates page select an existing Department Template and then use the Edit Template Action from the right-hand side. The Edit Template page will open.
   
5. From the Edit Template page you can access the settings for different elements of the Portal as well as decide colors under the Theme tab.
