SkillSync Sub-Processors

We have updated this sub-processor list as of 2nd of June 2025. Changes include updates to sub-processors used to support the SkillSync LMS Service delivery and other add-on Services. SkillSync Software, Inc. and its Affiliates as identified below (“SkillSync”) use certain sub-processors to assist in providing the SkillSync LMS Services as described in the Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”, which is available here), as applicable. Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions and the DPA.

A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by SkillSync who has or potentially will have access to or process Client Personal Data. SkillSync engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the table below. Some sub-processors apply to the Core SkillSync LMS functionality, while others only apply to add-on Services that a Client may choose to deploy as part of the Services. 

SkillSync undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process Client Personal Data.

Below is a list of sub-processors used by SkillSync to support the delivery of the Services as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Pursuant to the DPA, a Client may object in writing to the processing of its Personal Data by a new sub-processor, within the timeframe stated in the DPA, after updating of this list and shall describe its legitimate reasons for the objection. If Client does not object during the stated timeframe, the new sub-processor(s) shall be deemed accepted.

Microsoft (Power BI, Azure, Office 365 including Teams)	SkillSync uses Azure to host mobile codes and Artificial intelligence functionality.
