SkillSync LMS will display on multiple devices and does not have any specific system requirements. The Learner Experience has a responsive design which runs on screens of all sizes, while the Admin Experience works best on desktops, laptops, and tablets.

SkillSync LMS supports multiple languages. Portal language settings can be configured by a System Admin by navigating to the Defaults tab of Portal Settings.
- We do not support running SkillSync LMS in multiple browsers or windows/tabs concurrently. Doing so may result in unexpected behavior. Manipulating browser cookies can cause issues with the normal execution of the LMS operations.
- If you are using a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, SkillSync LMS cannot guarantee the expected functionality and performance. You may encounter unexpected behavior or performance issues.
- SkillSync Analyze supports Chrome & Firefox.
- Please make sure that your browser is updated to the latest version before submitting a support request.
Browser Extension Support
SkillSync does not officially support any browser extension and usage of them is at your own risk. If you find they impact functionality, turn off the browser extension, clear cookies and cache and try again.
Internet Explorer
SkillSync no longer supports the Internet Explorer browser, also known as IE11. Please see important dates below:
- SkillSync has discontinued fixing Internet Explorer specific issues on August 31, 2022.
- SkillSync has fully dropped support for Internet Explorer on November 30, 2022.
