AI Model Setting for Create AI

Clients that require another AI model can request access to toggle on Multi-LLM for their Portal. With the AI Model Toggle enabled, Users can now choose which Large-Language Model (LLM) is used in the Course creation process for Create AI. In this article we provide an overview of how to access the AI Model Toggle and change the AI Model you are using in Create AI.

We recommend using the default model for optimal speed and results. Claude is also available for teams who prefer or want to experiment with different LLMs. Switching models may impact performance.

Please contact your Customer Service Representative to request access to the AI Model Toggle.

How to Change the AI Model

The default LLM used is GPT-4o. Users can also choose Claude 3.7 from the AI Model setting. To change the AI Model being used, follow the steps below:

1. In SkillSync Create, click on the Account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
   
    
3. Click on the drop-down in the AI Model field, and select the model you wish to use.
   
    
4. Click Save.
